As an Regional Manager, you will be responsible for multiple sales teams within a specific geographic area. You will focus on building and developing high performance teams that typically consist of 10-12 market managers, 100-150 loan officers, loan officer assistants and office coordinators. 50-60% of time per week spent traveling within your assigned geographic region. You will be responsible for multiple mortgage branch offices, conducting weekly staff meetings to provide necessary guidance and support to achieve volume, profit, and quality objectives with respect to the budgeted goals. You will also assist the market manager in training, development of current employees as well as mentoring and recruiting for the Region. You will provide monthly forecasting to project overview of application and closed units and dollars and will participate in the strategic planning of the region and deliver corporate expectations to the mortgage branch offices. You will be responsible for interaction and communication with operations management in regards to pipeline, process flow, service level standards, etc within assigned operations center. You will actively lead bank partnership cross-sell efforts and support bank partnerships (where applicable).
