Description

The Intern, Credit Administration primarily assists with project assignments related to uploading data into the electronic credit system. This temporary position ensures that work is performed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner according to company standards and bank regulations.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Reviews reports related to the documentation tracking and covenant validation process of our electronic credit system. Uploads data to build out this process in the system.
  • Scans client loan and supporting documents for entrance into the electronic credit system.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

SKILLS/ABILITIES AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Interest in seeking a career in business banking or financial services preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic experience in Excel and Word.
  • Willingness to work effectively both independently and on a team.
  • Possess a high standard of confidentiality.
  • Logical problem-solving skills with a high degree of detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to learn to communicate appropriately at all levels of the company.
  • Ability to learn new systems and utilize them in completing reconciliations.
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, or related field entering junior or senior year with 3.0 or higher GPA.
