Works with AP/AR/GL, Payroll, and Employee Engagement (HR) to prepare and reconcile all quarterly federal, state, payroll tax payments as well as completing monthly employee benefit reconciliations. Investigate and correct all benefit discrepancies. Serves as a backup to our HRIS Functional Analyst for Human Capital Management (HCM) and UKG timekeeping software. Assists Payroll team as needed. Assists with annual state and federal audit requests.
Term Limited - End date is 1 year from start date. There is possibility for term to be extended or for the employee to transition into a new role.

Working Conditions |
100% of your work will be performed in an office environment and requires you to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. You will be required to move throughout and between different office buildings and may need to complete tasks in noisy environments. Hybrid telework is available for most administrative personnel. Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to a negligible number of forces constantly to move objects.
Incumbent may be required to work in a cash vault room. This requires lifting 30 pound coin bags and fare boxes.
