The Director of Project Management plays a vital role in advancing Plymouth Housing's mission by effectively overseeing project execution and critical business deliverables across the organization. Leading a dedicated team, this individual will spearhead the development, implementation, and scaling of Plymouth Housing's Project Management Office (PMO). Collaborating with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders, the Director will drive projects and initiatives of varying size, scope, and complexity, addressing each unique challenge with innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include overseeing all PMO projects, managing deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress against milestones. Moreover, the Director will champion an equitable and inclusive organizational culture, contributing to a positive employee experience.
Plymouth Housing is a non-profit organization with apartment buildings throughout King County helping the most vulnerable members of our community leave homelessness behind forever. At Plymouth, we're not simply trying to get people off the streets. We provide supportive services like case management and health care so that our residents can thrive long-term. As part of our strategic vision, we are building internal behavioral health services and transforming our systems to address rapid growth and the changing needs of residents.
