VISTA Staffing Solutions, a fast-paced physician staffing company, is hiring for the position of Locum Tenens Physician Recruiter. This position will work to successfully find, identify and qualify healthcare providers for VISTA's clients by utilizing a consultative sales approach and exemplary relationship building skills.

What You'll Do:

Source, recruit, qualify, screen, and assist in placing healthcare providers with clients of VISTA by enlisting a variety of methods including responding to inquiries generated from marketing programs, utilizing internal and purchased databases, doing independent internet research, attending medical specialty conferences, professional networking, cold calling, e-mailing, sourcing, and more.
• Differentiate VISTA as a partner of choice by telling a compelling story to emphasize the importance of locum tenens work, the client's situation, and the demand for provider's services.
• Establish long-term relationships with providers to encourage repeat placements and provider referrals to build a sustainable provider pipeline.
• Educate providers on the features and offerings of VISTA and locum tenens to enhance their ability to achieve personal and professional goals.
• Negotiate contract terms and compensation in a competitive healthcare market.
• Meet or exceed your sales targets and KPI's.
• Work in a team-based environment to achieve company, team and individual goals.
